Helping the Club - Kit Washing

No, we don't need you to wash the basketballs, but we do need your help after games (both home and away) to get the kit clean and ready for the next game. How can you help?
- Sign up in Stack Team App under your player's Duty Roster for the game. There should be a duty for "Kit Washing" for every game. If this is missing, please contact your Team Secretary / Team Manager and ask them to add this to the game.
- Inform your player that they will need to collect the kit bag with the dirty kit after the game. Hopefully, the clean unused kit has been separated from the used dirty kit, but please check, so that all dirty kit gets washed.
- Once back at home please wash the kit as soon as possible following the instructions on the kit tags and your washing machine/dryer (if applicable).
- Sort the kit back into numerical order so that the tops and bottoms match with numbers (assuming they have them).
- Have your player return the kit bag and kit to the coach during the next training. If more convenient you can schedule to bring the kit and kit bag to the next game if you will be attending.
- Tell other parents how easy it is to help out the team, so they will also want to volunteer to wash the kit after the next game!
Thank you for helping out with the York Eagles Junior Basketball club. We could do any of this without behind-the-scenes help from parents/carers!
